Card transactions will be acquired for Health Advance Institute via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Health Advance Institute takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of servicers.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by email or sms.
We hereby inform our valued clients that according to our Terms and Conditions of payment, no refunds are offered for any cancellation due to the financial implications associated with logistical arrangements prior any workshop/ training/ course.
All cancellations must be communicated to HAI office in writing for the particular booking to be automatically rescheduled for the next workshop/ training/ course or preferably send a substitute who holds an authorisation letter from the previously registered client.
